Private Treatment

We offer a wide variety of private dental treatment. For costs please refer to the price list. All our Private Crowns, Veneers, adhesive ceramics and Sports Mouthguards are produced in the UK by technicians registered with the GDC.

White Fillings

White fillings look much more natural than dental amalgam. Some of the techniques used will preserve more of your tooth and that’s better for the long-term health of the tooth.

Tooth Whitening

Tooth whitening is one of the easiest ways to enhance your looks. Whether you want to add sparkle to your wedding day or perfect your look for business meetings, whitening is simple, affordable and safe. Tooth whitening is a very successful cost- effective non-invasive way for improving the colour of the front teeth without any damage to the tooth enamel.

Crowns

Crowns are an ideal way to rebuild teeth which have been broken, or have been weakened by decay or a very large filling. The crown fits right over the remaining part of the tooth, making it strong and giving it the shape and contour of a natural tooth.

Replacement of missing teeth

We have different treatment options available for replacing missing teeth and completing your smile.

Dentures

We offer a variety of different dentures to suit your needs including acrylic, Cobalt Chromium and flexible dentures. Our aim is to make a well fitting denture that is both comfortable and aesthetic.

Bridge

A bridge is used to replace missing teeth. It is fixed to the natural tooth beside the space. There are different types of bridges available and your dentist can help find the right one for you dependent on the location of the missing tooth, function and aesthetics.

Biteguard

Many people grind and clench their teeth causing jaw problems and toothwear. If your dentist thinks that you are clenching or grinding your teeth at night then he or she may suggest that you wear a mouth splint or mouth guard. This is a custom made cover made from hard or soft plastic that fits over your upper or lower teeth. These can help as part of treatment to help relieve symptoms such as headaches, jaw problems and to prevent teeth breaking or wearing down.

Veneers

A veneer is a thin layer of porcelain which is made to fit over the front surface of a tooth, similar to how a false fingernail fits over a nail. Sometimes a well chosen composite material is used instead of porcelain. Veneers make teeth look natural and healthy because they are very thin and are held in place by a special strong bond. Only a small amount of tooth needs to be prepared to make room for the veneer. Veneers can improve the colour, shape and position of teeth. Discoloured, chipped or cracked teeth may benefit from a veneer.

Root Canal Treatment

This is a procedure used to repair and save a badly damaged or infected tooth that would otherwise require extraction.

Tooth straightening-Invisalign

Invisalign uses a series of clear removable discrete aligners to straighten your teeth without having to wear braces.

Treatment to Remove/Reduce White Spots

ICON resin infiltration is a minimally invasive treatment to reduce, and in some cases remove, white spots to give you a more uniform smile

Hygiene visits

Prevention is better than cure. Hygiene services are available to professionally clean your teeth and advise on gum health.

Sports guard

A custom made sports guard will fit over your teeth and gums to protect them and reduce the risk of harm during sports.

Specialist Treatments

While we offer a wide variety of treatments and continue to strive to develop experience in all aspects of dental care, some procedures require a referral to a local specialist. There are a number of local specialists we have worked with for many years and are very happy with their services.
